I have started my carrier with the courier industry called Dtdc express pvt ltd as a Dmc executive called delivery management cell my roles was to get the delivers on time and co ordinate with the franchise to get the delivery in on time there i got to learn many things and good platform to learn new things far eye updating system launch in mumbai my boss has choose me to take the handover of that and give the teaching to others.In 2016 thought to change the role and industry and join in retail company called Big basket and got a very challenge role of operation controller there was my responsibility to handle entire south mumbai area delivers to get the orders delivered on time with out any issues and there i was very dedicated to my work every day new challenges getting learn new things from Hub level and Dc level and taking decisions with in the seconds and very supportive to the face of the company delivery boys and always work from the ground level.
