Job responsibilities include1. Develop and design a curriculum for the school2. Guide and support teachers in planning and implementing the curriculum. 3. Design and assess the syllabus, course outlines, lesson plans, examination papers and resource material. 4. Evaluate teachers through classroom observations. 5. Conduct coordination meetings with subject teachers to discuss the evaluation of teachers. 6. Identify and communicate training needs 7. Conduct in-house training sessions for the teachers

Job responsibilities include 1. Teaching Urdu, and Islamic studies to primary and secondary classes.2. Implementation of behaviour guidelines using various teaching methods, 3. Assigning tasks to students, giving homework, monitoring student academic performance and manage classroom inventory.
