• Organise the production packaging operations of OSD products and to ensure that material losses are kept under control and that material consumption, outputs, machines, and labor hours are accurately recorded in ERP.
• Ensure that changeover costs are kept under control and production capacities are used efficiently.
• Adherence to safety regulations and cGMP in the production packaging area.
• Ensure that machines receive preventive maintenance in accordance with engineering.
• Responsible for providing appropriate training and development to ensure that the packaging floor complies with the EHS standards.
• Assure that production employees receive SOP and fundamental cGMP training in an appropriate manner.

• Direct production activities to meet quality standards and regulations, ensuring timely delivery.
