I have recently qualified as a PGCE Business Education and Economics teacher. I have gained valuable experience in planning, organizing, and delivering curriculum specifications, Assessments, modeling, and setting high expectations for the expected policy and procedures, implementation of effective classroom management practices, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning standards through effective pedagogical approaches, principles of inclusive teaching practices, and relationships and Technological integrations. Additionally, I have knowledge and understanding of curriculum frameworks, education policy and practices, and a critical understanding of national and international education policy development and assessments & curriculum reforms. I have lots of experience in SEMH SEN school's behavior policy management and implementation.
