I am a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), with an MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Queen’s University Belfast, UK, as well as an MBA in Finance & Marketing. I am now based in Greater Toronto Area and an OAP registered provider offering my services in Ontario.I started my career in Finance and Banking more than 2 decades ago, however, my son's birth and diagnosis of autism steered my life into a very different direction. Over the past 15 years, I have consumed information about anything I could find to help my son. He is now an adult, so I decided to my take passion to bring benefit to others in my situation. Since starting my career in ABA, I have extensively worked with ages of 2-16 years having conditions ranging across Autism, ADHD/ADD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Dyspraxia, Downs Syndrome, Dyscalculia, Learning Disabilities, Hyperlexia, Severe Anxiety and Developmental Delays.In addition to my ABA knowledge and skills, being a parent helps me bring over decades of my personal experience along with passion and empathy to my work. I have seen my son go through different stages from being a toddler to youth and the day-to-day struggles that he and we as a family faced in our journey. I devise and suggest strategies that are tailormade a child’s needs, using interventions which are evidence-based, humane, and effective.
