I was responsible for leading the design, programming, and manufacture of a high-speed bipolar high-voltage pulser and biasing board with 256 active channels for ultrasound imaging. The board was equipped with over 2500 MOSFET transistors, which were controlled and monitored in real-time to achieve optimal performance.Working closely with my colleagues, I.

With over four years of experience in cleanroom and microfabrication, I have honed my skills in a wide range of deposition and etching processes, as well as wafer processing techniques and characterization tools.I am well-versed in deposition processes including sputtering, E-beam evaporation, thermal oxidation, and PECVD, and have extensive experience.
