- Achieve targeted sales for the brand- improve gross margins- Improve footfall cinversation for the brand- Adherence of visual standards as per brand's requirements- Improve stock turns for the brand- Approve assortment planning- Enhance brand promotion and marketing activities- Build and maintain relationships with key personnel of licensees, principals, etc.,- Placing order for a new season according to the company's and market demands.- Monitor OTB calculation done by buyers/ asst. buyers- Ensure proper assortment planning and inventory budgeting by buyers/ asst. buyers- Ensure proper allocation of merchandise based on sales trends and demand- Plan customer loyalty programs and merchandise return from stores to warehouse- Ensure customer surveys are undertaken and implemented across stores- Ensure proper equipment and fixture planning for new stores- Ensure that visual standards are communicated and implemented across stores directly or through visual merchandiser- Visit stores regularly and understand key issues with brand- Communicate issues to merchandise manager / asst. merchandise manager and plan course of action- Ensure regular training is provided to buyers, operations team, visual merchandiser, etc. as required.- Undertake sales forecasting and monitoring of inventory level across the brand's stores- Undertake pricing activities for brand based on pre-defined markupsParticipate in setting sales targets for the brand- Undertake stock transfers across locations based on sales trends and inputs- Implement marketing, cross selling activities and media planning activities for advertising by coordinating with marketing coordinator- Undertake promotions across brand's stores along with assistance from general manager- Prepare abd forward MIS on a pre-defined basis as required- Assist projects manager

- Regularly reply to customer inquiries- Provide development ideas- Assist managing director, enumerating and recommending new projects which leads the company towards its goals- plan business strategies to develop sales ideas- Conduct Seminars and training sessions for sales agents in order to improve sales techniques- Solicit and compile listings of available properties and pass them to the sales agents- Design advertisement plans to develop sales and ensure sales are meet up particular standard- take daily report of sales persons revenue and activities and forward the complete sales team daily report to the managing director for evaluating the business and sales team activities.

- Train and educate staff and delegate responsibilities between them- Assign employees to specific duties- Making work schedules and control break periods, working hours and vacations- Follow up inventory level and orders merchandising- prepare orders to ensure proper stock and shop's replenishments- Assist shop manager with the store sales target - Take over the duties and responsibilities of the shop manager and maintain applicable paper works and records
