My professional background?I am an Analytical/BioAnalytical Chemist with a keen interest in Laboratory business strategy planning. Having earned my Ph.D in Analytical chemistry, I worked as a scientist for over a decade in the laboratory testing industry. Bridging expertise between analytical, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, agricultural, food, environmental and cannabis regulatory testing, I developed a professional track record for laboratory Instrumentation & automation technologies, with hands-on experience using various laboratory informatics solutions. In 2018, I took on the challenge of joining an intimate team of experts at a startup to design and develop a third-party laboratory testing service from scratch. During this time, I played a cross functional leadership role to lead projects towards launching a fully operational laboratory, make critical procurement decisions and manage team of laboratory staff to develop testing methods in accordance with international guidelines. Due to the recognition of my strong communication and client-facing skills, I was promoted to work with our business development department to manage client relations and support partner companies and their affiliated laboratories. Meanwhile, I was responsible to act as a liaison between technology partners that participated in co-marketing initiatives and acted as the company’s representative at meetings, seminars and conferences; either for hosting a demo on the Mobile Lab or exhibiting platforms at trade shows. My passion for laboratory proficiency & compliance has motivated me to explore initiative avenues as the Founder and CEO of RAVICO Analytics to bring new strategic thinking to the emerging global laboratory business space and to support the growing demand for laboratory informatics solutions.
