Dispatching, routing, Tracking of transportation. ✓ Monitoring Transport compliance such as Tractor Head ,Water tanker, oil Tanker, diesel Tanker, low bed, fork lift etc.✓ Response to make Quotation, Purchase Order, invoice for the transportation.✓ Response to make ID Card, Timesheet, Trip /Overtime for the operator and drivers.✓ Use vehicle tracking system to monitor transport & drivers to reach destination on time.✓ Ensure route designing & driver management.✓ Effectively use Transport Policy & safety training of the divers.✓ Accomplish Loading & unloading material process according to requirement.✓ Maintain record such as Daily diesel consumption record, Damage record of the Vehicle.➢ Improve Vehicle capacity utilization and trip improvements by regularly monitoring & reducing the idle time and waiting time of vehicle.➢ Accomplish Loading & unloading material process according to requirement.➢ Effectively use Heavy equipment & Fleet according to demand on job site.➢ Responsible for maintenance & training of supervisor, foreman, Driver, loader & Operators.➢ Ensure route designing & driver management of the Vehicles.➢ Maintain record such as Daily diesel consumption record, Damage record, Vehicle condition record, Weekly & Monthly accident record.➢ Renew all vehicle & heavy Equipments insurance policy and Registration (istimara) certificate of the vehicles.➢ Check and approve All repairing and maintenance estimation of all vehicle.➢ Proper inspect preventive Maintenance, Engine overhaul, Power Transmission, Fuel System, Breaks, Steering, Tires, Suspension & Auto Electrical works of Trucks.➢ Ensure the fleet & Equipment’s compliance as per company parameter.➢ Ensure proper communication between site in-charge & Project Manager in the Regions and Supply Planning to deliver product according to the Demand.➢ Promote safe work activities by conducting safety committee meeting.
