CurrentResponsible for overseeing the operations of the Patient Coordination Department for both Outpatient (OPD) and Inpatient (IPD) services, ensuring seamless patient flow and high-quality care. Key duties include:• Managed day-to-day operations of outpatient (OPD), inpatient (IPD), and ambulatory services, ensuring high-quality patient care.• Managed and monitored patient flow, quality of care, and clinic schedules while maintaining constant liaison with medical and nursing staff.• Managing patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.• Coordinating with medical staff to optimize treatment plans.• Addressing patient concerns promptly and effectively.• Implementing and monitoring patient welfare programs.• Facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers.• Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulations.• Managing patient records accurately and efficiently.• Improving patient satisfaction through continuous feedback and improvement initiatives.• Leading projects aimed at enhancing the overall patient experience.• This role is integral to maintaining high standards of patient care and operational efficiency within the hospital.
