Roles & Responsibilities:• Handling team of analysts/auditors deployed on multiple freight audits, reviewing transactions of the client’s logistic partners around the globe• Reviewing transactions from various TMS (booking/billing portals) to identify instances of erroneous billings from the logistic partners, including disputes raised by the logistic partners, and work with clients for reconciliation• Reviewing the payments made to the FAPs, and comparing them with the billings and postings that they closed against.• Regularly scheduling calls/meetings with stakeholders at the clients, and their logistic partner’s side to reconcile the accounts• Create and present multiple audit reports (weekly, mid of project, and upon completion) via conference call to stakeholders (internal and external) located globally, detailing complete analysis including recommendations for the client's Accounts Payable team to correct the payment process.• Consistently work on staff development by conducting performance evaluations; additionally empowering them for greater responsibilities and growth by fostering innovation.
