Consumer/Guest facing Digital Product & Technology1) OTT platforms & video streaming technologies2) Product conceptualization & Development 3) ADTech platforms - Publishers & Advertisers4) Business Intelligence & Analytics 5) Telco VAS products6) E-learning platforms & technologiesCurrent Responsibilities: Leadership :• Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and contributes to overall direction of digital innovation. • Strategically analyzing new business models, emerging technical trends, and will be supporting on product-focused, process-driven and service-led innovations• Provide strategic and technical direction across various digital and marketing technology platforms across LOBs i.e. Mar Tech/AD Tech. • Partner closely with the other department to develop innovative ideas for our brands. • Participate in creative presentations of experiential digital ideas. • Lead inspiration sessions with stake holders to introduce them to new technologies/solutions and showcase how they can be applied to address their business needs. • Act as a cross-functional leader, collaborating with design, engineering, and business teams to drive new platform (product) initiatives.• An ambassador for digital media & technology - educate and enable other functional teams to use technology, platforms seamlessly and effectivelyManagement :-• Conceptualize product & customer journeys involving UI/UX and Information architecture on consumer platforms and devices.• Responsible for design & development of all guest facing mobile apps & websites for marketing as well as for revenue generation.• Guide customer-facing platforms (product) strategy, identify key success metrics, and analyze the performance of new product launches • Manage OTT & AdTech platforms from kick-off through launch, coordinating with various technology partners, digital agencies & cross-functional teams to create exceptional online experiences, while managing timeline & budget
