Coordinates and processes a variety of activities associated with the facility Human Resources Department. Processes all documents/information related to benefits administration, recruitment, hiring, credentials and employment/employee record keeping. Works with various personnel to ensure compliance with HR related functions including, but not limited to: recruitment/hiring, work assignments, performance appraisals, promotions, status changes, payroll, employee recognition, disciplinary actions, license tracking, new staff orientation, ongoing education, and training. This person also recommends revisions to departmental policies and assists in HR policy enforcement and compliance. Assures timely and accurate payment of employee paychecks for the Hospital.

This person also recommends revisions to departmental policies and assists in HR policy enforcement and compliance. Schedule hotel rooms for traveling new hires. Advertise for open positions by use of newspapers, radio ads and post card mailers.

Conduct Audits to ensure records are kept compliant with current state laws and regulations. Conduct Monthly safety training for employees.
