Originally started as a software innovation, development, and consultancy company, Haugstad & Terkelsen I/S. Converted to Haugstad & Terkelsen ApS when our digitisation concept CustomOffice grew into what would later become the company CustomOffice ApS. Today Haugstad & Terkelsen ApS is a holding company.

Hired part time for managing the release of the different VDM tools developed by Aarhus University and partners, primarily via research grants. Currently our focus is on the INTO-CPS project, a Horizon 2020 project (http://into-cps.au.dk/).I have followed the VDM tools development at Aarhus University for many years and find it very fascinating. Doing this little extra job is primarily just for fun, but it is also an interesting task managing the release processes. Current focus is on unifying project release and documentation processes and improving automation of builds and testing. The main goal is to get all the tacit knowledge converted to explicit knowledge. Even though I expect and hope to hold this little position for many years, the point of it all is to make myself obsolete, as that would mean the process is effective as possible.

Responsible for the overall planning of development and research projects. Directly involved with the development of our cloud platform, responsible for the platform architecture and quality assurance.

Responsible for the GridManager platform architecture, software architecture and software quality assurance. Daily tasks involve technical project management, software design and development. I am responsible for several research projects.

I started as part of the development team for the audio product BeoSound5. Here I developed new features as well as helped with long term maintenance of the code base through the specification and implementation of new software quality initiatives. The programming language used was C++. I had daily contact with our outsourcing partner and acted as key reviewer of all incoming code to the main trunk. I was involved in the specification of tasks for outsourcing as well as the validation of incoming results, both code and design wise. I have held an internal course on unit testing (held 4 times for a total of 39 people), been involved in the formulation of a new software development process, and the specification of a C++ coding standard. The job was very interdisciplinary and I interacted with many other departments on a regular basis. The last year I worked in the R&D department in Århus, Denmark where I among other things helped B&O become part of a new EU project called COMPASS (Comprehensive Modelling for Advanced Systems of Systems, http://www.compass-research.eu/COMPASS/COMPASS.html)

The MATLAB course is an optional course available for all first semester students in any of the natural sciences educations at Aalborg University. The course teaches the students the basics of MATLAB and the job as a TA is to help the students during the exercise sessions.
