My professional background includes managing retail stores, setting insurance appointments, and working in various roles that involve customer service, sales, and administrative support. In my previous positions, I consistently demonstrated strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues. As a small business owner, I had a range of job duties that included overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, managing finances, developing and implementing marketing strategies, hiring and training staff, and ensuring compliance with legal and industry regulations. Additionally, I was responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the success and growth of the business. I have extensive experience using social media and SEO tactics to grow brand awareness. I have organically grown company social media profiles, created and executed social media campaigns, and analyzed social media metrics to measure the success of these efforts. Additionally, I have worked on optimizing website content to improve SEO rankings, conducting keyword research, and monitoring website analytics to identify areas for improvement. By leveraging these tactics, I have successfully increased brand awareness and driven traffic to company websites.I also have a deep love for Martial Arts. I have trained in Muay Thai and recently began my Brazilian Jiu_Jitsu journey. It would be a dream to combine my skill set with my passion.
