I build, test, and deploy automation flows that help business owners and sales leaders scale their business by revolutionizing their customer journey. I also troubleshoot and rebuild existing flows to improve efficiency and get better results.

I was the primary administrator for our CRM system, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics. I was a key contributor to monthly presentations on how our website and funnels were performing and laid the framework so that we were collecting the data we needed as new funnels were added. I also served as advanced technical support, creating and maintaining all documentation and prioritization for Known Issues, and identified and fixed a bug that resulted in over $5k of monthly recurring revenue.

I worked part-time remotely as a part of the customer service team. Largely email based, questions ranged from technical support, to support with adapting to a new meditation practice. I also participated in our private Facebook Groups answering questions and fostering community.

I led in overhauling an outdated room booking system to a more robust software that allowed us to track everything more efficiently. I implemented inbox procedures to handle communication with clients more effectively, and prepared the systems for a large increase in volume as we moved to a bigger space. My final project was constructing a 25 page document listing in detail all procedures the admin team is responsible for.

I managed a team of five women giving comedic tours focused on women’s history in a historic gold rush town. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day function I created and managed both the weekly and daily schedules, conducted all training of new guides, and assisted in the hiring process.

I led comedic tours which focus on women’s history through a historic gold rush town and brothel museum. Tours range from 20 minutes to 2 hours with 1 to 53 people. In addition to the expected tasks of setting up and breaking down tours I was also entrusted to confirm final counts and settlement at the end of the day on behalf of management when they were otherwise unavailable.
