This involved problem solving and root cause analysis, finding & resolution of system, process & data integrity issues - Liaising with wider business & external stakeholders.I utilised a variety of tools & data sources including: SQL; Business Objects; Advanced MS Excel; Oracle; Customer billing & logistics systems & raw data. Communicating with key 3rd party business partners - maintaining working relationships; responding on technical points clearly & concisely.I established a consumer proofs policy, ensuring correct ID checks were taken at point of sale in both third party & own retail channels. Alongside this I developed a logging system for claims against incorrect sales, registering the types of proofs taken and complying with Data Protection Act regulations.
