As CTO I'm in charge of all technical matter of this company. I'm directing the development team, I'm responsible of our product's production and deployment and I'm in charge of production environment design and security. I have started with a small team of high skilled programmers, working together in all project phases from the analysis to the deployment. I have to work with our marketing team, UX specialist, social media specialist, and so on. I'm facing all aspects of the software production chain, from the idea to the selling.

I started as developer for Alumni Bocconi project, I switched to project and develop of a proprietary e-commerce plugin for a custom CMS derived by DotCMS. In the mean time I was in charge of customer's project analysis, and its development planning, with a team of 5 junior developers. During the last year I was leading the cooperation with a development team in Malta to deploy a portal providing services to mid-level enterprises, a joint venture with iCube+ (CON.NEXO group).

Web Designer and Developer. I developed many small-company web sites and some small ad-hoc software to automate common office's task. I've faced how to deal with customers and solve problem in 'affordable' way. Working in a so small environments leaded me to face each part of development and system engineering, any integration with customers' legacy systems had to be solved from the start to the very end, without any other skilled help, this condition made me able to face problems on my own, using my sole forces to find the better way to accomplish their objective.
