Managing a large and complex programme of investigations to identify the most suitable resource options for London (and the wider Thames Water region) over the next 80 years. This work will form a key pillar of Thames Water's Water Resource Management Plan in 2019. I am responsible for ensuring over 25 different large work packages are completed on time and within budget as well as providing technical advice and guidance. I also regularly communicate with internal and external stakeholders, presenting at a quarterly Water Resource Forum to stakeholders such as OFWAT and the EA.
