Responsibilities: Estimation1. Conduct feasibility studies of client requests.2. Evaluate bid specifications, drawings and preparation of BOQs, arrange site visits as required.3. Proper understanding of the scope of works for each project and carry out value added engineering to every bid to get the best results.4. Obtain bids from vendors / sub-contractors by specifying materials, identifying qualified subcontractors. Keen Negotiation of prices.5. Undertaking on going-cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.6. Maintains cost keys and price masters by updating information.7. Resolves cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.8. Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.9. Maintains quality service by following organization standards.10. Ensures that 100% bids are submitted within the bid deadline.11. Constant follow up on the submitted bids to finalize the results.12. Strict confidentiality to be maintained of the company's project data and estimates.13. Maintain proper documentation regarding prepared bids and results.14. Identify creative methods of preparations of bids to deliver additional profit.15. Monitor all commercial information in relation to project including labour, material and clients.16. Must have constant knowledge of the current market rates and strategies and must also ensure its proper implementation.Purchase1. Maintains purchasing documents, files & records2. Research pricing information and compare prices and quotations3. Responds to inquiries of staff and administration regarding purchasing procedures for the purpose of providing information, direction or referral for inquiries.4. Reviews purchase order within the assigned limits for the purpose of facilitating on site ability to acquire required supplies and equipment.5. Coordinate with all departments to prepare purchase request, prepare PO and ensure material delivery

• Evaluation and study of electrical system of existing facility, New /additional facility to be installed for safety and code compliance as well as the operational aspects and economic considerations .• Prepare and study scope of the work and cost for the new /additional request by the client such as fit out, modification of the rooms, offices or buildings.• Attend client concerns and service breakdown and assign /supervise term contractor for the major break down • Conduct field investigations and prepare reports for any break down problem or end user issues.• Spot check up on the term contractors performing preventive or corrective maintenance on electrical panel ,electrical equipment control and other equipment (i.e., fire panel , AHU,FAHU,FCU, Split AC, Ventilation fan, lift ,generators etc…) to ensure all the job has been executed as per the PM check list and SOP’s.• Prepare and request material purchase to maintenance spare availability.• Coordinate with the managers for the SOP’s and new work to be carried out.• Review and update drawings as per the new layout.

• Studying the work plan submitted by the contactor and suggests any modifications.• To watch and inspect the construction work and assure that it is done in full accordance with the drawings, technical specifications and bills of quantities.• Supervising the works on site in accordance with the contract documents and using the template and procedure established by the consultant.• Inspecting and testing materials prior to their use at site as per sample approved by the consultant and ensuring removal of rejected material out from site.• Ensuring the correct implementation of the works according to technical specifications, to designs and quality of materials• prepare weekly report and suggest and instruct additional safety measures if needed• Preparation of list of critical items and its close monitoring.• Maintain a filing system for all site memos and instructions, measured quantities of work and materials on site, reports and other documents and correspondence pertaining to the construction activities.• Maintain a site order book to be made available for the consultants and senior officers to write comments or defects in construction noticed during site visits and carrying out compliance at site.
