With our deep expertise in growth and performance improvement, we help turn growth-stage ventures into market leaders poised for long-term success.Before founding Quartus, I was a Partner at PwC, where I gained extensive experience across their China/HK and New York City offices, helping clients navigate complex markets and cross-border investments.With over 25 years of experience, I have led and advised on a broad range of ventures and M&A opportunities in industries such as financial services, wealth and asset management, real estate, business services, and technology, with a particular focus on the U.S., China/HK, and Asia-Pacific regions.I spent a total of 14 years in China over two seven-year periods (1982-89 and 2005-12), gaining firsthand experience and deep insights into the country’s economic, regulatory, and social developments, as well as its cross-border investment flows. I am also an active member of The National Committee on U.S.-China Relations (NCUSCR).
