We own and shape the Microsoft strategy, practice point of view, resources and tools related to Career development, Mentoring and Sponsorship, for all our employees globally. Our aim is to ensure our organization has a deep bench of talent, and to enable all our employees to discover their purpose, foster meaningful connections that lead to growth and build future-ready careers.• Successfully leveraged a network of HR2P peers to gather feedback on the career partnerships guide. Provided fresh, outside-in perspectives for future impact in careers. Recommendations will be implemented in FY25 Q2.• Compiled external and internal research on career partnerships from over 30 resources. Identified key insights and presented executive summary to Chief Diversity Officer/CVP of Talent Development and leadership team. Highlights: creating clarity and human connection in AI era and reinforcing Microsoft’s leadership principles.• Connected with over 50 Microsoft employees through HR Leadership team meetings and personal networking, significantly enhancing my knowledge of HR functions at Microsoft and fostering valuable relationships for future collaboration efforts.
