As program director for Chicago Baseball Academy, I am in charge of overseeing classes, practices, and private instruction for children ages 9-18.Duties include but are not limited to: -Employee hiring-Program scheduling-Facility management-Private baseball instruction-Participant registration

As an intern for Home Stead Ranchers Baseball I am accountable for the upkeep of the indoor baseball facility, scheduling practices and lesson times for coaches, providing a safe and clean atmosphere for young athletes to practice and better themselves as players and students. In addition to this internship, I am in charge of practices for a 15U summer travel team, which I will be leading to various tournaments starting in June 2016.

My responsibilities as a head coach at Lil' Sluggers has included over seeing a variety of activities including camps, classes, and leagues for children ages 3-8. I, along with another head coach, ran weeklong summer baseball instructional camps for children that included teaching the game of baseball while keeping the game light and fun for that age group to enjoy. Along with the coach from the camps, I was in charge of instructional leagues for children of the same age to participate in and put the skills they learned to the test by playing simulated games.I was accountable for the safety and security of the children, the company van and equipment while at various camp locations in public areas within the city of Chicago. During pre and post camp periods I helped to provide marketing services by distributing flyers around ten miles of the office and camp areas.

I interned for and reported to the Adult Sports Supervisor of the Normal Parks and Recreation Department. I was in charge of scheduling the adult slow pitch softball league and programming for the annual Pitch, Hit, and Run competition for youth athletes in the Bloomington/Normal area.
