I was assigned a portfolio of melanoma and sarcoma clinical trials including phase one through three industry sponsored, investigator initiated and co-operative group trials. I was responsible for data collection, management, entry and query resolution. I managed study specific lab kits, tissue collections and tissue requests. I collaborated with our research coordinators to manage the visits of active, screening and follow-up patients in accordance with ICH-GCP. I was the point of contact person for industry sponsored trials assigned to me. I scheduled monitoring visits, audits, site initiation visits and lead work on data locks. In addition to my job responsibilities I mentored new research associates, functioned as a peer interviewer and managed our team’s weekly patient, pharmacy and lab lists.

I worked in an interdisciplinary health care team to assist in patient treatment. I provided and documented routine and advanced patient care including phlebotomy, IV insertion and ultrasound guided IV insertion. At Fallon Ambulance Service I primarily perform inter-facility transfers. Each call I work diligently to provide each patient with the best care possible ensuring the patient's safety and comfort. I enjoy being able to leave a positive impact on each patient no matter how small it may be. I have gained skills in communicating with patients, patient's family and other hospital staff members. As a result of working in a patient care setting I am familiar with HIPAA and adhering to HIPAA. Additionally prior to each shift I perform an inspection of the ambulance and it's equipment to make sure it is response read.
