Warehouse Supervisor

- Propose and agree objectives, take controls and manage achievement - Take responsibility for all warehouse operations and processes. - Check warehouse storage capacity vs. in/out forecast - Ensure timely goods control, storage and registration - Ensure fast, complete and safe loading of materials - Organize safe and efficient storage, keep storage records update. - Closely collaborates with Logistics Mgmt. - Ensure availability as by demand and safety of fork lifts and organizes the fork lift drivers - Deputy for Shipment inspector - Take pro actively responsibility in ensuring entire warehouse premises (indoor/outdoor) are kept in proper, safe and tidy conditions. - Take immediate corrective actions if issues arise.Goods receipt - Receive information on scheduled/announced deliveries, cross checks it against daily handling capacity - Organize fork lifts and drivers are available, orders heavy fork lift if weight of handling unit reaches Max. Load of fork lift - Supervise unloading of handling units - Completeness/Correctness/damage check of handling (vs. Shipping papers) - Note claims in case of issues and coordinate follow up action with Logistics Mgmt. - Organize immediately repair of damaged boxes (if material is ok) before further storage - Advice fork lift were to store the commission, check execution and register immediately all handling units in SAP - confirm shipment papersStorage - Monthly Inspection walk to check proper storage of handling units; rearrange if needed and revise SAPGoods out - Receive information on agreed dispatch dates from Logistics (capacity check un-/loading already done) - Organize fork lifts accordingly; advice Shipment coordinator - Final check all materials. - Picking list and paper preparation, post Goods issue - Report "Take out date" for handling units in SAP - Supervise truck loading, prepare and handover shipment papers, send Email with Shipment confirmation/documents to Logistic
