Accountable for aligning and managing the Global Fraud target operating model, personnel and resources, in an effort to maximize detection and mitigation of potentially fraudulent insurance transactions for LAC Countries. Claims audit, strategy planning and development for Complex cases. Support Country Operations by providing immediate investigative services and Consultantship, ensuring that every country is provided with a timely, quality investigative product. Coordinate strategies to maintain and enhance achievement of SIU fraud control objectives. Work with NY Internal audit department for special projects (Interest Conflicts, internal investigations). Prevention projects development along with Claims, Underwriting, Distribution and Corporate Security

Identification, prevention and follow up of internal and external fraud. Procedures establishment for detection, analysis, risk control and weaknesses. Ethics Committee responsible, where whistle blower line and system were developed, from where special corporate investigations and forensic audits to vendors were engaged. Instrumentation of training in fraud awareness for employees, distribution, customers and vendors, prevention and reporting, crisis management and customer service. Corporate Security advisor to Operations Department.

Claims Coordination and handling for Extended Warranty for 15 countries in Latin America. Training customers and employees over the Extended Warranty Program, coverages and claims. Support and guidance Distribution and Profit Center Areas that helped close several important accounts in the Region, while maintaining optimal costs with a loss ratio below 30% while Extended Warranty Portfolio grew 10% per year. Collaboration in EW System development and enhancement. In partnership with other areas, development and implementation of Mexico and Argentina Extended Warranty operation.

Working closely with internal stakeholders like Underwriting Actuarial, Technical Accounting, to share claims trends analyze and interpret data, identify and implement appropriate interventions to improve portfolio experience. Subrogation, Salvage and Claims Legal management

Actively manage portfolio of new and existing claims while applying the correct balance of service and risk management. Claims handling for all Lines of Business (Life, Property and Casualty), implementing processes controls and initiatives that allowed improving costs, operations, customer service and profitability for local and multinational accounts.
