I am an experienced & dedicated manager, with passion for people and processes in international projects. Organisation, communication & time management are my strenghts.I believe every challenge gives us a unique opportunity to learn and grow. Leading various Teams proved to me that communication, respect and finding time to get to know people is essential to establish long term relationships at work.On daily basis I use three languages: Polish, English and German. My whole professional life I have been taking on challenges and finalizing various projects in Poland, Portugal, Germany, Egipt & Cape Verde in the field e-Commerce, Events, customer Relations, Sport, websites/CRM administration. I did travel a lot, had the chance to kite, surf or snowboard during a work break and had unique office views. Working as a contractor, remotely or part-remotely enabled me take care about the work-life balance & get to discover the world a bit. I find this chapter of my life as an extraordinary experience, which shaped my personality & attitude to people, work & hapiness.Few years back I have decided to settle down in beautiful village in south Germany, where together with my husband we raise our two amazing daughters.
