Key responsibility - implement the process of continuous improvement of supply chains:• Search for solutions (monitoring the best international and local supply chain practices in the field of equipment, TMS/YMS / WMS solutions, etc.);• Evaluation (organization of cross-functional development of ideas with operational / financial services, external contractors, formation of hypotheses and financial models);• Prioritisation (project portfolio and solution backlog management);• Business case protection (preparation of materials for protection at investment committees);• Project managment (building integrated project plans, creating and managing project teams - MVP, piloting, evaluating, rolling out, documentation, protecting results, and transferring them to operational execution);Key achievements:Linehaul transportation• Implementation of the concept of transport infrastructure evolution, launch a new type of cross-docking platforms without a warehouse (X-Dock Light).7+ sites have been opened with a total efficiency of 60mln+ / year;• Change of alcohol supply chains via the X-Dock technology (elaboration of the regulatory framework, change of SOPs, document flow, etc.).
