• Search for solutions (monitoring the best international and local supply chain practices in the field of equipment, TMS/YMS / WMS solutions, etc.);
• Evaluation (organization of cross-functional development of ideas with operational / financial services, external contractors, formation of hypotheses and financial models);
• Prioritisation (project portfolio and solution backlog management);
• Business case protection (preparation of materials for protection at investment committees);
• Project managment (building integrated project plans, creating and managing project teams - MVP, piloting, evaluating, rolling out, documentation, protecting results, and transferring them to operational execution);Key.
