- Built a tool using RoR that allows professors to import their classes to Google Calendars.- Integrating students’ data from Google Docs API with a graphing tool built with D3.JS.- Polishing an online simulator in PHP for economics class to emulate different market structures.

- Developed, among a team of undergrad students, GraphVisual, an online tool that helps students in a data visualization class to manipulate graphs using technologies like D3.JS, Flask, and GitHub.- Restructured the front-end using Bootstrap and Jquery and integrated it with Python back-end.

Awraq is an Egyptian startup founded in 2014 that offered a brainstorming toolkit for business planning. Awraq toolkit contains 50 interactive planning cards that combine organized business strategies, creative ways of generating ideas, and flexible methods of representing them. - 500+ toolkits were sold all over Egypt through Awraq's official website, Souq.com, and other channels. - 147% of our crowdfunding campaign target was reached.- 25+ sessions and workshops were conducted to teach entrepreneurship, business planning, and how to use the toolkit.- one of the 11 out of 200 competing startups to receive seed funding and fellowship from V-worx.- Awraq toolkits were distributed by Injaz, biggest startup program in MENA, on their winning teams.- Awraq and its team were featured on Al-Tahrir newspaper, Alam Al-Youm newspaper, Dubai TV, Wamda, Ideaneurs, Arageek, and Entrepreneur Al-Arabiya.

S3geeks is an NGO founded in 2011 that promotes technology and open source in upper Egypt cities specifically and in Egypt and the Middle East generally. The organization aims to establish a platform for techies and entrepreneurs in upper Egypt as an integral part of these cities' development.The Ambassadors Program was launched to help the organization plan for events and activities in different cities. Ambassadors work as a representer of the organization in his/her city and connect the organization with resources and partners.I worked as the Lead Ambassador of Cairo - the capital of Egypt. In my work, I collect data about my the tech community in Cairo, reach out for potential partners and venues to hold our events, and maintain communication and flow of information with the team. I helped the organization organize events about Open Source, E-learning, and Leadership in Al-Azhar university and in Sakyet El Sawy, Egypt's biggest cultural hub. My talk on "how to become a young leader" was featured alongside S3geeks on Egypt's biggest political page.
