- Due to less workforce and more demand, induced to operate on multiple & diverse problem statements, which include but are not limited to marketing, counseling, establishing tie-ups, understanding career options across various specializations.- Evaluated profiles for at least 100 candidates, supported around 40 in preparing proper documentation such as SOP, LOR, IELTS, etc, and oversight the entire admission process.- Gained knowledge and experience of 5 major student destinations (Europe, UK, Canada, USA, Ireland). At the same time, trained two new counselors.

- Being a college student, got exposure to business- Gained a handful of experience in the flooring industry by supervising the floor plans in 3 workplaces- Worked closely with sales representatives and assisted in any duties as assigned by managers

- Learned workings of the equity market and developed an interest in investing- Evaluated and implemented changes in 5-6 stock portfolios- Researched market to identify ongoing and potential trends
