Coordination of finished goods NPI (New Product Introduction) and portfolio management for Duty Free network (WWDF)

• Develop strategic business plans for finished goods sales forecasts; provide to Supply Chain stakeholders inputs on production capacity and capabilities in order to generate quality strategic fulfillment plans.• Perform planning and generate supply/production plans for factories and 3rd party manufacturers.• Closely collaborate with the Customer Service teams in order to give clear instructions for logistics handling and improvements.• Provide input to run monthly KPI reporting.

• Active member of Project Core Team for the implementation of SAP modules for the Company (SAP PLM, SAP TM) for continuous process improvements in the company.• Project Management for EU tobacco industry new legal directives (TPD2) deployment.

• Coordinate planning and customer service activities for finished goods distribution in Central and Eastern Europe.• Ensure meaningful translation of sales forecasts into cost-effective and timely production plans.• Provide all tools, training, coaching and support the Customer Service team, necessary to ensure all tasks are performed timely and accurately.

• Responsible for planning and distribution demand execution for finished goods based on sales forecasts and inventory requirements.• Ensure on-time delivery of goods to customers for make-to-order business.

• Project Management for AXAPTA ERP system implementation• Establish the Change Management for all AXAPTA installations• Provide training and consulting for AXAPTA (planning, inventory management and reporting) for key users in different locations

• Consultancy and customer support for ERP systems (AXAPTA and BaaN) for areas of planning and inventory management.• Help customers to improve business models and processes by using integrated systems

• Start-up activities in new factory, ensure growth, recruit, train and coach several teams in the area of planning and warehousing.• Improve processes and implement ERP system for planning and inventory management.
