• Drive airline’s NFT and other possible future web3 development projects;• Lead cross-functional project team ensuring project deliveries as per agreed timeframe, quality and budgets;• Engage internal project team and external partners to define project deliverables;• Develop detailed project plan;• Define, document and coordinate project business requirements;• Track progress of the project plan, identify dependencies and potential roadblocks, mitigate risks to ensure successful and timely deliveries;• Test, publish, monitor and further development of NFT and web 3 project deliverables to ensure it’s used in most effective manner as per business needs;• Resolve problems and escalate as appropriate ensuring that all impacts and changes are approved and appropriately communicated to stakeholders and review boards;• Drive promotional activities to make NFTs and other web3 projects successful for airBaltic (based on set KPIs: e.g. community growth rate; NFT floor price and re-sale volumes; penetration of NFT’s amongst airBaltic Frequent Flyer program, etc.)• Conduct regular market research, follow other airlines and relevant web3 activities in that area;• Stay on top of the local and international crypto trends and news;• Look for external partners, conduct tender process if necessary;• Represent companies Web3 products and vision in worldwide airline and relevant industry events• Lead the respective direct team
