- Organize a program consisting of 250 students with thorough understanding of SPEAR’s mission to retain all Pilipinx-identifying students- Coordinate large-scale events per quarter with for an average of 175 attendees per program, 1 of which is hosted in collaboration with other communities’ mentorship programs to promote cross-community solidarity- Introduce sustained development in the form of tri-weekly facilitations for a team of 22-24 Family Head leaders in the following areas: Cultural Awareness, Social Opportunity, Academic Proactivity, Consent Culture and Safety, Logistical Tracking, and Professional Development- Institute quarterly check-ins between each Family Head and Mentorship Coordinator or select Peer Counselors

- Provide confidential academic/peer counseling sessions to UCLA undergraduate students, encouraging them to become actively engaged in their academics––building self-esteem, self-responsibility, and an understanding of the university environment––for an average of 60 sessions per quarter.- Regularly conduct outreach efforts to 40 service recipients regarding educational resources/opportunities, upcoming events, and counseling services (i.e. phone calls/messages, email, tabling as needed)- Update weekly tracking forms and paperwork to ensure proper monitoring of student progress- Gather and compile information on student trends, numbers, and demographics using project database for project analysis and assessment

- Manage the circulation of laptop, projectors, video equipment, small devices, across all UCLA libraries to students- Assign stations to users and gain experience working with large groups of students- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and write up reports notifying technical staff of problems
