I serve as CIO of Spotlight Development. A commercial real estate executive with 20 years proven expertise in investment, development, and portfolio management with assets valued at over $10B. I have previously built investment teams and managed commercial real estate portfolios on behalf of Ontario Teachers’ pension fund and Ontario Pension Board. I have played a key role in forming and monitoring joint ventures across residential, office, retail, and hotel investment partners.I founded the Cadillac Fairview (“CF”) development analysis team at a key pivot point of growth from $15B to over $20B assets under management, far outperforming our public pension benchmarks. As a Board Director, I have served on the board advisory committees for multiple real estate private equity firms. I am deeply committed to community involvement, serving as a Board Trustee at The University of Guelph and The Art Gallery of Ontario serving on committees overseeing large real estate and foundation investment portfolios. I was appointed to a non-partisan Ontario Housing Affordability Task Force, to consolidate recommendations to the government on responding to the Housing Affordability crisis. I am a former elite athlete and competed for Team Canada internationally.
