SAP Development Manager role, leading a global team of SAP development architects and Consultants. Partner with key stakeholders within an organization to support delivery and realization of simultaneous, complex SAP projects across multiple value streams. Primarily providing SAP development services in the technologies – SAP ABAP, HANA, Fiori, EDI, Interfaces and Embedded Analytics. Responsible for developing reports and understanding report requirements. Actively engage with the business partners to understand the analytics requirements and feasibility, to devise approaches and implement solutions via appropriate models and analyses. Creates and manages data models in all their forms including conceptual models, relational database designs, and others. Act as the onsight lead for the development and distribution of reports, metrics, dashboards, and self-service tools utilizing spreadsheets, databases, and reporting software to design and generate powerful business insights.Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports for both internal and external teams. Provide training and assistance to users for the generation of ad hoc reports. Maintain steady communication with IT, analytical staff, business partners and leadership on all projects. Manage project tasks effectively and provide active support to project managers in estimation, risk management and issue resolution.
