Accounting: Maintaining books of accounts, filing tax returns, and preparing documents for foreign remittances2. Operations Management: Evaluating the need to automate business operations, negotiating and closing the deal with a SAP partner, and ultimately executing the plan for the implementation of SAP Business One ERP system3. Wealth management: Tracked the performance of current investments, modified the portfolio in consultation with the company’s financial advisory to reach the target of 9-11% annualized return based out of debt funds

My Style Gallery is an e-commerce venture that deals with the sale of fashion jewellery for young women. The key essence of our brand is reflected in the unique personalities of girls, each of whom has her own style statement; and so, they should each have a gallery of accessories which is unique to them. An year within the launch of our website, we were able to achieve our target sales and establish a good brand name in the market. Receiving orders from all corners of India (including far eastern lands of Meghalaya and Manipur to metropolitan cities such as Mumbai and Bangalore, to name a few) and positive feedbacks from our customers reinforced our belief in our designs, prices, shopping experience and service. My Style Gallery expanded very fast and broke even within 7 months of starting sales.
