Rector at LUM University. Full professor of "Business Administration", "Strategic Management", "Business Model Innovation" at LUM University, Casamassima (Bari, Italy). He served as Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Vice-Rector for international cooperation.Graduated in Business Administration with honors at Bocconi University in 1993. He got his Ph.D. in Business Administration & Management at Bocconi University, Milan in 1999. His research interests are in the field of strategic management accounting and corporate performance measurement, competitive intelligence, resource-based view of the firm and corporate governance. In 2004-2005 he was the coordinator of the research program in "Strategic Management Accounting" at SDA Bocconi Research Division.Since 1998 he has been professor of "Strategic Management" at Bocconi University, Milano.Since 1995 he has been professor of "Strategic Management" at the SDA Bocconi School of Management, where he teaches in both Executive and Master programmes. From 2008 to 2014 he has been Director of Master in Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management. From 2001 to 2018 he has been Program Director of "Programma di Sviluppo Manageriale". From 2017 to 2019 he has been Program Director of the “Senior Management Program” an international program for c-suite managers. In 2019 he has been Visiting Scholar at MIT Connection Science in Boston
