• Review contracts and drawings to gain an understanding of the project requirements.• Evaluate contractor estimates / proposals confirming pricing and conformity to project specifications.• Coordinates with site superintendents and subcontractors to develop, communicate, coordinate, andupdate project schedules throughout the duration of the project.• Prepare, review and/or submit all documentation required for project completion including contractexecution, site start up documents, schedules, permits, additional work estimates, traffic control plans,commissioning protocols, payment certificates, field reports, incident reports, site inspections.• Organize and conduct meetings with project staff, subcontractors, and management to communicateinformation related to each function's needs concerning project requirements.• Represent the company in project meetings. Develop and manage customer relationships andexpectations, progress reports, communication, paperwork, schedules, meetings, etc.• Prepare estimates and budget costing for project utilizing drawings, job specifications, reports, localspecification and building codes, and site visits.• Complete material and quantity takeoffs• Work with and cultivate relationships with consultants, subcontractors, material suppliers and BEC’sinternal staff• Performs other related duties as required.

Working with City staff, Consultants, and Contractors, I will be involved in a variety of work including small capital upgrade projects, facility maintenance and divisional continuous improvement projects.
