I am Agnieszka (Aga) Gasperini, an ICF ACC Coach and PMI Credentials (PMP; ACP; PMO -CP,) and ICAgile ICP- ACC, trainer and consultant with over 25 years of international experience in project management, leadership development, and transformation and I work in 6 languages.As Managing Director of Leader Tango Ltd, I have provided strategic consultancy services to organizations undergoing transformation and lead negotiations across industries including Telecom, Energy, Gas & Oil, Pharma, and Real Estate.I have led negotiations with C-level executives and key stakeholders during complex transitions, ensuring alignment of strategic goals with operational capabilities.
