Rethinking Removals is a collaborative initiative aimed at scaling high-quality carbon removal solutions quickly and effectively. It integrates and initiates coalitions to expand the removals ecosystem, while embedding it powerfully in wider climate action.

MapAction is a non-profit organisation that collaborates with partners around the world to help anticipate, prepare for and respond to humanitarian emergencies. We carry out our work using the best geospatial technologies and specialist expertise. As a member of Mapaction’s management team, I work closely with the Chief Executive and the Board of Trustees to ensure strategic growth and financial stability for the organisation. In this leadership position, working closely with the senior management, CEO and the Finance Committee, I was responsible for all aspects of finance management and business planning. Having been promoted to YBI’s Head of Finance, I took on my first leadership role, supporting the Senior management team and Audit & Risk Committee with accurate and meaningful management accounts.
