I'm currently working for Wuerth Phoenix in Rome as a Project Manager & Key Account leading Sales Force Automation projects of Wuerth Group's affiliates in Europe and Asia.Previously, I was leading the support team for the ERP system (Purchase, Order Processing, Logistic) of our European customers. I managed as well new projects for the Wuerth France affiliate, one of the most important within the Wurth Group: CRM Project, on MS Dynamics CRM, and Sales Force Automation project.In the first years of my professional career, I worked for a software company in France acting for the Ministry of Education and Research. Thanks to my technical knowledge, and my managerial skills I became the Technical Director of the IT department of a French university.Then, having joined Accenture, one of the main world consultant companies, I had the opportunity to develop my competencies, building strong skills in the management of international teams. At the same time, I had the chance to increase considerably my competencies in various technical areas as well my knowledge in various functional areas, as for example the analysis and the design of complex Financial Consolidation processing. I continuously assumed more responsibilities, leading projects development and assuming a client facing role where my key client contacts were the CIO and the Head of IT.My double technical-functional competences and my international experience are assets I would like to leverage in order to integrate new environments and develop new competencies. These situations require critical and analytical capacities as well as a spirit opened to changes: all these characteristics are part of my personality.
