There are approximately 10,000 Indonesians living in this beautiful city hosting the Festival, cherished by the local West Australians’ true love to Bali and beyond. Kreasi Indonesia started back in 2015 with a humble beginning as part of an intimate community engagement, celebrating our love for culinary, art and culture. This annual event has grown strength to strength into the largest Indonesian community affair Australia wide.In 2019, Kreasi Indonesia presented a 3-day long celebration under the banner of “Festival Indonesia – Get Connected” at our city world-famous landmark Elizabeth Quay. We utilised the outdoor area of 7000 square metre prime venue, appreciating the priceless backdrop of Swan River. We showcased over 300 performers, 33 exhibitors, engaging more than 250 volunteers, and recorded over 13,500 visitors over the 3 days. Festival Indonesia 2019 had successfully achieved over $85,000 value in sponsorship, attracting over $150,000 revenues for culinary stall holders and other exhibitors trading within the event.
