I was responsible for cooperation of the Ministry with countries which were assigned to me (such as Ukraine, Italy, Croatia, USA, Canada, Estonia, Belarus among others) and International Organizations (such as UN, OECD, World Bank, Council of Europe and others). This cooperation included organization of meetings and study visits on the Ministry premises (on Ministerial level as well as meetings with experts), preparation and travel arraignments with attendance of the Ministers at International meetings and Conferences (this included gathering information and creating a unified material as well as preparation of draft speeches), negotiations of interministerial agreements, interministerial cooperation in the field of international activities in the area of social policy and labour market etc. During my time at the Ministry I was also responsible for the activity of the secretariat during the time of absence of the secretary. This responsibility included coordination and proper flow of documents and other correspondence, being the first information point for the department, handling the day to day issues at the secretariat etc. Those responsibilities were given to me on top of my original duties.

I was responsible for the staff that worked at or cooperated with the company, including: writing and signing the contracts for both the doctors and the administrative staff. I was also coordinating the work at the clinic which included contacting the clients and patients and the doctors. At the same time my responsible were expanded: I took care of the equipment and appliance (including ordering and maintaining it). My tasks were also to promote the company using all of the available marketing tools and means of advertisement.

Responsible for the whole process of product creation from initial contact through negotiations, contract signing, product creation, distribution channels, promotion of the product, up to the dissolving of the contract. Projects involved international products related to companies from the USA, Israel, etc. as well as products concerned with TVN S.A. productions.

Responsible for the archivisation process of the patients’ paper documentation. Reorganizing the paper documentation post archivisation process. Helping the receptionist in their daily tasks which included customer service - both personal and through the phone (including cancellations of the appointments and any other changes concerning the doctor appointments).
