~Worked worldwide to recruit talent for all types of aviation jobs from Cabin Crew and ground staff to airport operators~Collaborated and build close relationships with team of 30 nationalities~Recruited individuals from over hundred nationalities in 40 different countries and constantly navigated between people of different ~Was given a responsibility to work solo on international recruitment campaigns, a task that is given to team members who have shown that they are capable of dealing with the various issues and problems that can arise at outstation events. Candidates, conditions, locations etc. can all play a part in running smooth recruitment event in an overseas country and require great deal of creativity and resilience.~Facilitated group activities, psychometric testing, conducted hour-long competency interviews with individual candidates.~Honed active listening skills and evaluated candidate's suitability for the role based on observation of their communication skills, non-verbal cues, attitude, collaboration, behavior, their previous experience and education.~Recruited individuals from over hundred nationalities in 40 different countries and constantly navigated between people of different backgrounds -needed adapt interviewing style and be aware how to communicate and behave appropriately in different countries.

~Managed crew through coaching, delegation and motivation in teams up to 20 cabin crew members.~Organized the in-flight service carried out and supervising that standards are followed by cabin crew in liaison with mission, vision and goals of the organization~Conducted pre-flight briefings and team meetings; monitoring performance of cabin crew members trough performance reviews and giving constructive feedback~Responsible for any challenges that could happen on board regarding Safety, Security or First Aid in liaison with Flight Crew ~Trained in Psychological First Aid
