Part of the Operations and Product Division, Team LeadKey Responsibilities: - Creating and executing new customer experience strategies - Overseeing and leading multiple projects for customer satisfaction - project management- Close collaboration with the product development, customer service, logistics, analytics, marketing, front end and back end development, brand managers, copy writers and designers - Improving brand performance - Full documentation of all the processes and strategies - Analyzing CS data for the better cx strategies and brand reputation - Securing defective goods for analysis - Secured the sales via the CS/ upsell banners, triggers and automations - New software and tools implementation - Product feedback/ reviews/ product survey/ product feedback loop. - Cx/ product improvements, in depth product and app testing- feedback/ documentation/ action plan - Admin of the help centers for multiple brands- Tier 0 - self service effectiveness - Customer service SOPs, CSAT, NPS program- CS contact drivers analysis (reporting and action plan for improvements of the the logistics/ delivery issues, product complaints, customer service, payments, refunds, returns) - Review funnel/ warranty registration - Team lead - Brand integrity managers

Part of the Operations DivisionKey Responsibilities:- Alias between Customer Service, Logistics, Product Development, Front and Back end, Marketing, Analytics and Payment Processing- Project Manager - providing key support for the e-commerce activities within the company- Ensuring processes run smoothly- Full documentation on all the running projects - Troubleshooting for the escalations both internal and external - Deep critical thinking and problem solving

Account Manager / Business Development Affiliate Marketing Network - Building strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty by regular check-ins, providing excellent account management and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.- Running affiliate marketing campaigns - Developing account strategies, taking care of the documentation - Managing client expectations and ensuring that their company is meeting its commitments to the client- Collaborating with other departments and teams to ensure campaigns are running smoothly - Monitoring the performance of the account and campaigns to ensure all goals and expectations are met - Reporting and analytics of the account and campaigns
