An experienced ServiceNow Functional Consultant, I leverage my experiences across Service Management, Business Consulting, ITIL/Good Practice, Process Management, Team Building, Leadership, and Communications to provide exceptional Customer Experience (CX), and contribute to a positive and efficient Team Environment.I’ve been a key member in various projects, identifying and negotiating business requirements, forming strategies across a diverse group of stakeholders, and delivering solutions across the business. I enjoy the interaction with the various project resources, and relish taking on challenges within a project and providing the business value required for a successful delivery. The key to my motivation is seeing the value my presence/involvement can provide to my stakeholders. My approach varies depending on the circumstances, challenging the status quo, to build awareness of what people really want/need, enabling teams to leverage systems, data, and processes more effectively, mediator/negotiator, and facilitator/mentor for other to drive outcomes and improvements. My background has made me a combination of a team leader, trainer, coordinator, and adviser, whether working independently, or as part of a wider team. I’m passionate about my work, and am always up for the next challenge, value-add, or opportunity to enable my clients. As a result, I'm committed to delivering value, taking ownership of my areas/actions, and facilitating those around me to do the same.
