I enjoy the interaction with the various project resources, and relish taking on challenges within a project and providing the business value required for a successful delivery. The key to my motivation is seeing the value my presence/involvement can provide to my stakeholders. My approach varies depending on the circumstances, challenging the status quo, to build awareness of what people really want/need, enabling teams to leverage systems, data, and processes more effectively, mediator/negotiator, and facilitator/mentor for other to drive outcomes and improvements. My background has made me a combination of a team leader, trainer, coordinator, and adviser, whether working independently, or as part of a wider team.
