Since starting in property management I have been part of numerous project teams that have helped to deliver projects including fire safety, asbestos removal, aesthetic building upgrades, replacement and upgrade of plant and electrical equipment. I will be part of an exciting estate upgrade project in early 2020. I manage all the day to day issues that may arise in a residential development and also manage the day to day contracts that have been put in place by the requisite Boards.
