Coordinated community-based programming for Engaged Liberal Arts and Sciences (ELAS) courses through Bard College's Center for Civic Engagement. A significant portion of ELAS learning takes place outside of the classroom: students learn through engagement with different geographies, organizations, and programs in the surrounding communities or in collaboration with partners from Bard's national and international networks.

Taught student-led collaborative problem-solving to 6-14-year-olds. On a weekly basis I facilitated three cohorts using online games, group discussions, and personalized video feedback. Joined Curative as the 13th employee and reported directly to the CEO or COO. I was one of four General Managers and oversaw Curative’s largest region.Scaled the growth and field operations teams (from 1 to 1,600 people) for Curative to become the largest COVID testing lab in the state of California (while maintaining a 24-hour turnaround time for >75% of results). At our peak, Team CA processed over 250,000 samples per week. In total, we completed 10 million tests and administered 1 million vaccines. Highlights: Collaborated with Mayor Garcetti's office, LAFD, and CORE to launch the first and largest drive-thru COVID testing sites in the United States (including Dodger Stadium). Advocated for and implemented an eight-week management development program for 30 managers across Team CA. I did this in partnership with an executive coach, Tom Bowen, who I highly recommend!

Developed the national playbook for launching Curative testing sites in collaboration with cities, counties, and departments of public health, fire, and emergency management.Highlight: In one week, led the team to successfully launch a bi-weekly testing program at all ~4,000 nursing homes in the state of Florida.

Organized Curative's first clinical trial which led to our FDA Emergency Use Authorization. Recruited 50+ positive patients through phone-banking and email campaigns, safely coordinated schedules and routes to collect samples, and complied with HIPAA and blind study requirements.Filmed and edited Curative's official test kit instruction video in 24 hours. The video has been viewed over one million times.Helped to incubate the mobile van and kiosk testing modalities.

When Agatha was a student at Stanford, she helped start one of this country’s first collegiate jump rope teams, and competed nationally. Today, she jumps from one creative project to the next—applying her design expertise to multimedia communications and other advocacy efforts at Emerson Collective. A Brazilian-American who speaks four languages, and is learning a fifth, Agatha’s multicultural background makes her integral to the team. In college, she completed four internships abroad, bringing her design perspective to challenges in education in Kenya, international relations in Brazil, toy manufacturing in China, and affordable sanitation hygiene in India and Cambodia. Agatha received a BS in product design engineering from Stanford with a focus on anthropology and social justice.

Spent a summer in India working for a water, sanitation, and hygiene non-profit followed by a three-week cultural anthropology course led by Stanford Professor Thomas Blom Hansen. Studied Hindi for a quarter beforehand.

After declaring Product Design as my major, I wanted to better understand how products are manufactured in China. At Bestway, the second largest inflatables manufacturer in the world, I got an immersive experience living and working with factory workers to improve existing products and develop new prototypes. Attended Toy Industry Association conference in New York. Studied Mandarin for a quarter beforehand.
