At our peak, Team CA processed over 250,000 samples per week. In total, we completed 10 million tests and administered 1 million vaccines. Highlights: Collaborated with Mayor Garcetti's office, LAFD, and CORE to launch the first and largest drive-thru COVID testing sites in the United States (including Dodger Stadium). Advocated for and implemented an eight-week management development program for 30 managers across Team CA. I did this in partnership with an executive coach, Tom Bowen, who I highly recommend! -
