- Supervising 4 teams of 20 highly performed public health professionals on daily basis. - Collaborated with a senior researcher in Duke University School of Medicine, in a multi-region Tuberculosis-Diabetes Mellitus policy analysis. I collected and analysed data, conducted a literature review, and discussed the findings with a team.- Assisted multiple health economic research projects of new medications under the Pharmacology Department of Universitas Gadjah Mada. I collected primary clinical data from three major hospitals in Jakarta City and conducted data cleaning. Other responsibility includes administrative support for research approval.- Assisted systematic review study under the Department of Community Medicine of Universitas Indonesia. Constructed research structure and conducted a quality assessment of the studies.- Supervised a team of five enumerators in a massive data collection from 60 primary health cares across Jakarta. Provided quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Collaborated with junior and senior researchers and support stakeholder meetings.Research Projects in CISDI:- Bappennas RPJMN (National Medium Term Development Plan) background study focussing on Health in All Policy, using foresight method with Health for All point of view. I was responsible in managing and analysing secondary data and focused group discussions for the topic of stunting national program. - Systematic review on CHWs management in health projects. The aim of the research is to extract best practice recommendations on managing CHWs in health projects.- CHWs competencies mapping and assesments. I lead the planning of methodology, managing budgets and human resources, to data analysis.

Yogyakarta Province, Indonesia

The project is operational research on Tuberculosis active case-finding (ACF), including public screening and contact investigation. I lead two teams consisting of eight personnel in conducting active case finding activities in a rural district. I managed data collection and analysed it with the data manager to ensure effective activity plans and outputs. Other responsibilities include coordination with local leaders and making weekly reports for Project Managers and District Health Offices.
