  • Lead and manage the development of new products with a combination of Reagents, Hardware and Sofware to meet project goals. • Coordinate cross-functional core team (R&D, software dev, marketing, manufacturing, quality etc) following project management best practices • Collaborate cross-functionally to create, execute and communicate overall project plans (scope, schedule, quality, risk management) and revise them appropriately to meet changing project needs. • Organize and lead routine design and phase reviews with executives. • Identify and resolve or escalate project issues, facilitate tradeoff decisions, and remove obstacles. • Ensure product development efforts adhere to internal processes and design control standards. • Continuously analyze and manage risks to enable successful project completion.
